Terms for authorized Crew Keys use.

These terms provide a practical product-use baseline. Customer contracts, procurement terms, or deployment-specific agreements may add or replace requirements for a particular organization.

Authorized use

Use Crew Keys only with permission from the organization or account owner responsible for the workspace. Do not attempt to access another organization's records or bypass access controls.

Operational responsibility

Crew Keys supports vehicle accountability workflows but does not replace driver qualification requirements, maintenance standards, safety procedures, inspections required by law or policy, or supervisory judgment.

Account security

Users and organizations are responsible for protecting credentials, assigning appropriate roles, removing access when no longer needed, and reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Service changes

Features, interfaces, and technical requirements may change as the product is improved. Material deployment or contractual commitments should be documented separately from public product descriptions.
